Dr. Dagmar Egen AM FACS FAIM MAICD 
Dagmar has over thirty years experience in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology, with extensive management experience in both the Public and Private Sectors. Among her career achievements, Dagmar set up Aspect Computing in SA, from scratch, and managed the company for 17 years, through its merger with KAZ and eventual acquisition by Telstra. Her last position with KAZ, then one of Australia's oldest and largest Information Technology Companies, was National Manager of Application Services.
As well as her role as Managing Director of AlphaJade, Dagmar is a Director on the board of Alcidion Corporation, a leader in Healthcare decision support software.
She attributes her success almost entirely to her ability to source, hire and retain the right IT professionals.
Dagmar also serves the wider Australian community in a number of senior appointments; currently she is a member of the Tasmanian Government MAPP Advisory board, is a founding member of the Multicultural Forum, past Chairman of the Passenger Transport Board, and has served a number of terms on the IT Committee of the Federal Government IR&D Board, is Past Vice President of the SA Women's Trust, and from 1991 until December 2001 Dagmar was the Deputy Chancellor of the University of SA.
In 1996, Dagmar became South Australia's first female Fellow of the Australian Computer Society.
Dagmar was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia in the 2001 Queen's Birthday Honours list, "For Service to Education, Information Technology, Multicultural Affairs and State Development in South Australia."
In May 2002, Dagmar was awarded an honorary Doctorate of the University of SA for services in the field of Information Technology and Business Management.
