Mentoring is an important adjunct to any career development program. At AlphaJade we believe it is especially important to ensure that our Graduates are provided with the best possible mentors during their critical first year of employment. Our Mentors are dedicated professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our program.

Each participant in the AlphaJade Graduate Development Program has different needs and aspirations and hence we pay particular attention to getting the match between Mentor and Mentee right.
