Complete Screening Process
At AlphaJade Recruitment, each candidate gets put through a thorough screening process which can include psychometric testing, technical skill testing, interviews and detailed reference checks. Depending on the position, we can also conduct police and defence security checks. Once we have completed our screening process, we can then confidently provide you with shortlisted CV's. You can then trust that we have only provided you with the candidates that completely match your requirements thereby saving you valuable time and money from sifting through unsuitable applicants.
Psychometric Testing
We are able to implement psychometric testing for candidates to give themselves and also you an indication of –
- How they may cope in both stressful situations as well as their capacity to endure routine
- How well they work with other people
- And identifying different aspects of their personality such as creativity, ambition, discipline and risk-taking.
This is a tool that may be used to assist us in the screening process of candidates and is only used as an indication. Together with other tools such as interviews, and technical testing, we are able to build a more complete picture.
Technical Skill Testing
The only really accurate way to identify the skill level of a candidate is for them to undertake a skills test. We have a range of skills testing available which enables you to feel confident that the CV's we provide you are accurate every time.
