The Process

Registering with AlphaJade Recruitment is easy, simply fill out our enquiry form and attach a current copy of your resume. We will be in touch to organise a time to meet with you and discuss your requirements.

When we find a position available that fits your requirements, we will contact you to discuss the role to see if you think it is suitable. Once we have your permission, we will forward your resume to the Client and if they wish to meet with you, we will contact you to organise a meeting. If the interview wasn't successful, we will always give you the client's feedback so that we can work with you to ensure that your future interviews are successful. In the event that there aren't any roles available that meet your requirements, and unless instructed otherwise, we will keep your resume on file in our skills database for future opportunities.

We will never send your resume to a Client without your permission.
