Web Designer

Currently moving into a growth phase with new development projects planned, they are now looking to add to their team.
You will be responsible for designing and creating online content and liaising with other Graphic Designers, Editorial staff, Web Developers, and Management. Through this role, you will become an integral part of the rapid development of the digital publishing market.
You will have:
- Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web related technologies.
- A high level of skill using the Adobe Creative Suite of applications in a Mac environment.
- At least one year commercial experience in a web development role.
- An ability to produce dynamic designs within set deadlines.

IT Manager

This role is a hands-on role responsible for managing a small team which undertakes the development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and web architecture. You will be a part of the company’s senior management team to ensure the company effectively implements its IT and web development strategy. You will also fulfill a ‘client service’ role to facilitate continued improvement of the company’s service delivery and internal processes. Through this role, you will become an integral part of the rapid development of the digital publishing market.
You will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science or a similar discipline.
- Substantial experience in CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
- Substantial experience in PHP and MySQL databases.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and planning skills.
- A good knowledge of the operation of online communities and social networking trends.
- Have a passion for new technology and the ability to rapidly master it.
- Experience in programming and project management in a web based environment.
- Proven front end development skills.

Senior Software Engineer

They are currently looking for a senior software engineer who will report to the engineering manager responsible for a new project and their existing inventory management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform architectural system and software analysis for a new project and systems analysis, design and development for our existing applications.
- Undertake coding and testing to meet project design criteria.
- Prepare and provide estimates along with any supporting documentation for allocated development work.
- Develop new procedures for projects where required and ensure all existing processes and procedures are followed.
- Work closely with the project manager and liaise with team members and related project staff on a regular basis to ensure all agreed deliverables are satisfied in the required time, cost and quality.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- 5-10 years structured software development experience with the Windows operating system and SQL data bases.
- Experience with Delphi or similar development environment, MS SQL Server, MS Visual Studio 2008 (C#, .NET 3.5) and MS SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Tertiary qualifications in software engineering with a science and or mathematics background
- Experience with web based and real time software development methodologies.
The successful candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce high quality documentation.

Software Test Engineer

They now seek a Software Test Engineer to join their innovative team and to realise their dream of reducing unnecessary patient suffering by targeting the most common preventable errors in health care and eliminating them with advanced, highly visual and interactive, real time, point of care ICT solutions.
This role, which is required to perform the task of in-depth software testing, reports to the VP of Delivery.
Main Responsibilities:

Introducing test-driven development (TDD) practices into the development teams.

The development of repeatable, automated test runs with specified data sets

Supporting and educating development teams to implement continuous testing early in the development cycle

Supporting the triage and prioritisation process of bug capture and resolution

Strong communication skills and project management skills are vital

Development of a daily build infrastructure covering all components in a suite for deployment to a customer

Creation of a repeatable framework for daily builds that can be consumed by all major projects

Management of build inventory and build numbers
Essential Criteria:
The successful candidate will have experience in the following technologies:
