Our client is looking for a Customer Services Manager with experience in the IT Industry.
Respsonsibilities:
- Manage Pre/Post Sales Assistant
- Liaise with all Account Managers and offer pre & post sales support for their accounts.
- Place hardware/software orders
- Raise tax invoices for clients
- Liaise with all hardware/software vendors
- Responsible for all in-house product information seminars hosted with 3rd party vendors
- Organise marketing events for company. This includes everything from invites, brochures, and catering.
- Assist technical staff with adhoc hardware/software requirements.
